Hadley-Roma does not sell directly to the consumer. You may contact us for the name and address of an authorized Hadley-Roma retailer in your area.

How can I obtain a catalog?

Retailers may call our Customer Service dept. at 1-800-800-ROMA (7662) to request a catalog.

What is the warranty on Hadley Roma products?

Hadley Roma has a one year warranty against all manufacturers’ defects on all products.

How do I order Hirsch products?

If you are interested in becoming a Hirsch retailer, you may apply online by simply clicking the New User application and checking the Hirsch box OR you may call your sales representative and request that he/she open a Hirsch account for you OR you may simply call our Customer Service department at 1-800-800-ROMA (7662) and have one of our customer service specialist assist you in opening a Hirsch account.

Qualifying accounts in Both Hadley Roma and Hirsch may utilize our Custom Watchstrap Dept. to produce most any watch strap that is not available as a stock item. Please contact the Custom Department at 1-800-800-ROMA (7662, ext 221) for details on pricing and production time.
